IKB beta/NFKBIB 蛋白, Human (His)

IKB beta/NFKBIB Protein potently inhibits NF-kappa-B by forming a cytoplasmic complex, preventing NF-kappa-B activation. Upon cell stimulation, the unphosphorylated form resynthesizes, binds to NF-kappa-B, and aids nuclear transport, protecting NF-kappa-B from NFKBIA-dependent inactivation. Its association with NKIRAS1 and NKIRAS2 hinders phosphorylation, increasing resistance to degradation and slowing turnover. IKB beta/NFKBIB interacts with THRB, RELA, REL, COMMD1, and NKIRAS1/2, contributing to its complex modulatory functions. IKB beta/NFKBIB Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived IKB beta/NFKBIB protein, expressed by E. coli, with N-6*His labeled tag.
