It regulates GABAergic synapse development and promotes inhibitory synapses in a PLXNB1-dependent manner. Semaphorin-4D/SEMA4D Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived Semaphorin-4D/SEMA4D protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
