描述

TSHR, a membrane protein, is a key regulator of thyroid cell metabolism. As a receptor for thyrothropin and thyrostimulin, its activity involves adenylate cyclase. Gene defects contribute to various hyperthyroidism types. The gene exhibits restricted expression in the thyroid (RPKM 104.1). TSHR Protein, Human (sf9, His) is the recombinant human-derived TSHR protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with C-His labeled tag. The total length of TSHR Protein, Human (sf9, His) is 393 a.a., with molecular weight (affected by relative charge) of ~60 KDa.
