Brilliant Blue FCF is an aromatic hydrocarbon, a synthetic dye produced from petroleum and used as a colorant for food and other substances. The solution has a maximum absorption at 628 nm.

体外研究
(In Vitro)

1. 制备储备液：
在 85% 的乳酸中配制 0.1% Brilliant Blue FCF 原液。
0.22 μM 滤膜过滤。
2. 染色
将真菌和细菌细胞悬浮液分别调整到大约 105 和 106 CFU/mL。
分别用 100 μl 的染料溶液悬浮细菌或真菌悬浮液 600 μl。
将染料作用于真菌样品 5 min。
荧光显微镜观察，在 628 nM 处有最大吸收峰。
