NSP-SA-NHS is an acridinium ester that can be used for chemiluminescent immunoassay. A rapid and sensitive chemiluminescent immunoassay of Bisphenol A (BPA) with NSP-SA-NHS-labeled has been developed[1].

(In Vitro)

(1) 1mg BSA溶解于0.3mL PBS (溶液A)，0.2 mg NSP-SA-NHS 溶解于40 uL DMF (解决方案 B)。
(2) 将 B 液加入 A 液中，18℃、130 rpm 混匀，避光 12 h。
(3) 用500mL蒸馏水在4℃透析 2 d，期间换两次蒸馏水 (C液)。
(4) 将 B 液缓慢加入C液中，18℃、130 rpm、避光 24 h 混匀，然后用蒸馏水透析 48 h。在此期间，换蒸馏水四次。
(5) 用蒸馏水将偶联剂稀释至合适的浓度，用紫外分光光度计分析。
