ABBV-303 is a multi-specific NK cell antibody targeting c-Met designed based on TriNKET technology for natural killer (NK) cell redirection therapy. The ABBV-303 antibody consists of three functional arms, a single-chain variable fragment (scFV) targeting c-Met, a Fab arm targeting NKG2D, and an Fc fragment targeting NK cell CD16a[1].
