Anti-inflammatory agent 40 

Anti-inflammatory agent 40 is a potential and orally active anti-malarial and anti-inflammatory agent. Anti-inflammatory agent 40 inhibits carrageenan induced paw swelling in vivo.

Anti-inflammatory agent 40 (compound 5p) 对恶性疟原虫 CQ 敏感株和耐药株均有抑制作用，Anti-inflammatory agent 40 对氯喹敏感株 P. falciparum (Pf3D7) 的 IC₅₀ 值为 1.47 μM。
Anti-inflammatory agent 40 抑制 LPS 诱导的 MAP 激酶活化，降低 pERK1/2 (Thr202/Tyr204) 和 pJNK1/2 的表达在 THP-1 单核细胞^[1]。
