Cell Proliferation Assay[1]

Cell Line: PC-3, HCT-116, HepG-2, HeLa and MCF-7 cells
Concentration: 0.1-100 μM
Incubation Time: 48 h
Result: Showed anti-proliferative activity with IC50s of 9.71 ± 0.8, 6.47 ± 0.5, 11.27 ± 0.9, 7.09 ± 0.5 and 3.51 ± 0.2 μM against PC-3, HCT-116, HepG-2, HeLa and MCF-7 cells, respectively.
