ATM Inhibitor-8 联合 Irinotecan (40 mg/kg) (HY-16562) 对 SW620 小鼠模型肿瘤生长的抑制作用[1]。
ATM Inhibitor-8 (10 mg/kg, i.v.) 在 Balb/c 小鼠中具有良好的 PK 值，这意味着较低的血浆清除率、较高的血浆暴露以及优异的口服生物利用度。[1]。

Animal Model: Mouse xenograft model of human colon cancer[1].
Dosage: 40 mg/kg combined with Irinotecan(40 mg/kg)
Administration: ATM Inhibitor-8, 20 or 40 mg/kg, p.o. once daily for 3 days every week starting 24 h post-irinotecan dosing (40 mg/kg, i.p. once weekly).
Result: Inhibited tumor growth significantly.
