MK2-IN-5 acetate  (Synonyms: Hsp25 kinase inhibitor acetate; Mk2 pseudosubstrate acetate)

MK2-IN-5 (Hsp25 kinase inhibitor) acetate is a Mk2 pseudosubstrate (K_i= 8 μM). MK2-IN-5 acetate targets the protein interaction domain in the MAPK pathway. MK2-IN-5 acetate inhibits HSP25 and HSP27 phosphorylation^[1][2][3].

MK2-IN-5 acetate (5-10 μM, 2 h) 抑制 TGF-b1 诱导的人瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞中结缔组织生长因子和 I 型胶原的表达^[3]。
