IL-1 beta Protein, a potent pro-inflammatory cytokine and major endogenous pyrogen, induces immune cell effects like prostaglandin synthesis, neutrophil activation, T-cell and B-cell activation, and fibroblast proliferation. It promotes Th17 differentiation and synergizes with IL12 for Th1 IFNG synthesis. Contributing to angiogenesis, it induces VEGF production with TNF and IL6. Involved in pyroptosis, its mature form is released through the GSDMD pore. Existing as a monomer, IL-1 beta Protein interacts with MEFV, integrins, TMED10, HSP90AB1, and HSP90B1, facilitating cargo translocation into the ERGIC. Animal-Free IL-1 beta Protein, Mouse (His) is the recombinant mouse-derived animal-FreeIL-1 beta protein, expressed by E. coli, with C-His labeled tag.
