AVPR1B Protein, a receptor for arginine vasopressin, activates a phosphatidyl-inositol-calcium second messenger system through G proteins. In SARS-CoV-2 infection, AVPR1B may recognize and internalize a complex involving AVP/Arg-vasopressin, the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein, and secreted ACE2 via dynamin 2-dependent endocytosis. This suggests a potential role for AVPR1B in the cellular response to SARS-CoV-2 infection. AVPR1B Protein, Human (Cell-Free, His) is the recombinant human-derived AVPR1B protein, expressed by E. coli Cell-free , with N-10*His labeled tag.
