CD20/MS4A-1 Protein,Human (Trx-His) is an integral membrane protein expressed during B lymphocyte development.

CD20是表达于正常和恶性B淋巴细胞表面的非糖基化蛋白，属于MS4A（跨膜4结构域家族A）蛋白家族。人类分化簇 20 (CD20) 是 B 淋巴细胞发育过程中表达的整合膜蛋白。CD20 参与与 B 细胞受体相关的细胞内钙信号传导。CD20 也在恶性 B 细胞中表达，是已批准的治疗性单克隆抗体 (mAb) 的靶点，根据两个特征差异，单克隆抗体分为两组：I 型和 II 型：I 型 mAb 比 I 型 mAb 更有效地募集补体。II 型单克隆抗体，因此可诱导强大的补体依赖性细胞毒性 (CDC)；I 型 mAb 与给定 B 细胞类型^[1][2]结合的 II 型 mAb 数量是两倍。
