CD43 (mouse) is a major leukocyte surface sialic acid protein that plays a critical regulatory role in T cell function. It positively affects the activation, proliferation, differentiation, trafficking and migration of T cells, particularly by enhancing migration to lymph nodes through ERM proteins. CD43 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant mouse-derived CD43 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag. The total length of CD43 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, Fc) is 229 a.a., with molecular weight of 72-120 kDa.
