生物活性

1.Immobilized Human Claudin 6 VLP at 5 μg/mL(100 μl/Well). Dose response curve for AntiClaudin 6 Antibody, mFc Tag with the EC50 of ≤5.5 ng/mL determined by ELISA.
2.Human Claudin 6 VLP immobilized on CM5 Chip can bind Anti-Claudin 6 Antibody with an affinity constant of 0.26 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
