The FBXO48 Protein is part of the SCF ubiquitin ligase complex and participates in the catabolism of SCF-dependent proteasome ubiquitin-dependent proteins. The FBXO48 Protein undergoes polyubiquitination and proteasome degradation by targeting activity-phosphorylated Ampk伪 (PAMPK-伪). FBXO48 Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived FBXO48 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-His, C-Myc labeled tag.
