HAI-2 Protein functions as an inhibitor for various proteases, including HGFAC, plasmin, and plasma kallikrein. It also inhibits TMPRSS13 and ST14/matriptase, regulating their serine protease activity. The interaction with TMPRSS13 promotes its phosphorylation and cell membrane localization. HAI-2 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived HAI-2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag. The total length of HAI-2 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is 113 a.a., with molecular weight of ~19-22 kDa.
