IL-27R alpha/TCCR 蛋白, Human (514a.a, HEK293, Fc)

IL-27R alpha(Interleukin 27 receptor alpha) is a subunit of the interleukin-27 receptor, an inflammatory cytokine that possesses extensive immunological functions. IL-27R alphacan be used as a natural IL-27 antagonist^[1]. IL-27R alpha/TCCR Protein, Human (514a.a, HEK293, Fc) is a recombinant protein with a Fc label that consists of 514 amino acids (M1-R514) and is produced by HEK293 cells.

IL-27Rα 对 IL-27 具有特异性，主要表达于炎症细胞的细胞表面，包括 T、B 和 NK 淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞、单核细胞和肥大细胞，但在巨噬细胞、肝细胞、角质形成细胞、内皮细胞^[2]。

IL-27Rα ( WSX-1) 和 gp130 组成 IL-27 受体信号复合物。IL-27 与其异二聚体受体复合物结合导致细胞内招募并激活 Janus 激酶 (JAK)/STAT-1 和 STAT-3 通路，抑制炎症细胞因子的表达^[3]。
IL-27R α 是一种 I 类细胞因子受体，与 IL-6R 的 gp130 和 IL-12R 家族具有同源性。IL-27R α 可用作天然 IL-27 拮抗剂^[1]。IL-27R α 可用作独立的预后 aGVHD 生物标志物^[4]。IL-27/IL-27R α 通过抑制细胞因子的产生，在过敏性哮喘发展过程中下调气道高反应性和肺部炎症方面也发挥着重要作用^[5]。IL-27/IL-27RA 信号传导可抑制 LPS 刺激诱导的炎症细胞因子 IL-6 和 IL-8 的表达，从而导致 STAT1 和 STAT3 磷酸化^[6]。
