It engages in missing self-recognition, monitoring the expression of classical cadherins like E-cadherin/CDH1. Existing as a monomer or homodimer, KLRG1 employs its ITIM to interact with PTPN11 and INPP5D, modulating cellular responses and contributing to immune regulation. KLRG1 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant mouse-derived KLRG1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with N-hFc labeled tag. The total length of KLRG1 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, Fc) is 132 a.a., with molecular weight of 43-50 kDa.
