The MKK4 protein is a dual-specificity kinase involved in the MAP kinase pathway. It activates stress-activated protein kinase (JNK) via phosphorylation with a preference for Thr or Tyr residues. MKK4 Protein, Mouse (sf9, His-GST) is the recombinant mouse-derived MKK4 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-His, N-GST labeled tag. The total length of MKK4 Protein, Mouse (sf9, His-GST) is 396 a.a., with molecular weight of ~65 kDa.
