描述

The NME1/NDPKA protein plays a crucial role in the synthesis of nucleoside triphosphates and exhibits multiple activities, including nucleoside diphosphate kinase, serine/threonine-specific protein kinase, geranyl and farnesyl pyrophosphate kinase, histidine protein kinase and 3'-5' exonuclease functions. NME1/NDPKA Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived NME1/NDPKA protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His labeled tag.
