The OXSR1 protein is a key serine/threonine protein kinase in the WNK-SPAK/OSR1 cascade, regulating ion transport, hyperosmotic stress response, and blood pressure. Downstream of WNK kinase, OXSR1 phosphorylates ion cotransporters such as SLC12A1/NKCC2, SLC12A2/NKCC1, and SLC12A3/NCC, regulating their activity. OXSR1 Protein, Human (sf9, GST) is the recombinant human-derived OXSR1 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-GST labeled tag. The total length of OXSR1 Protein, Human (sf9, GST) is 527 a.a., with molecular weight of ~80 kDa.
