Prokineticin-1/EG-VEGF protein induces strong contraction of gastrointestinal smooth muscle and stimulates capillary endothelial cell proliferation, migration, and fenestration. It promotes enteric neural crest cell proliferation and differentiation but not migration. Prokineticin-1/EG-VEGF Protein, Mouse (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant mouse-derived Prokineticin-1/EG-VEGF protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.
