The TAB1 protein is a key adapter that activates JNK, NF-kappa-B, and proinflammatory cytokines in response to TLR and cytokine stimulation. It binds to MAP3K7/TAK1, inducing autophosphorylation and full activation. TAB1 Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived TAB1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His labeled tag.
