Resiquimod  (Synonyms: R848; S28463)

Resiquimod (R848) (GMP) is Resiquimod (HY-13740) produced by using GMP guidelines. GMP small molecules work appropriately as an auxiliary reagent for cell therapy manufacture. Resiquimod is a Toll-like receptor 7 and 8 (TLR7/TLR8) agonist. Resiquimod (GMP) can induce human mMDSC to mature into inflammatory macrophages^[1][2][3].

Resiquimod (GMP) (3 µg/mL，5 天) 诱导人 mMDSC 成熟为炎性巨噬细胞 (MAC_inflam)^[1]。
Resiquimod (GMP) (3 µg/mL，3 天) 在人 mMDSC 中产生 IL-6 和 IL-12^[1]。
