Elastase, Porcine pancreas (EC 3.4.21.36) is a single polypeptide chain of 240 amino acid residues, derived from pig pancreas. Elastase, Porcine pancreas is a serine protease that can hydrolyze proteins and polypeptide. Elastase from porcine pancreas can induce emphysema in hamsters[1][2][3].

消化方案
1. 将弹性蛋白酶重悬于双蒸水中，最终浓度为 1 mg/mL。重悬的弹性蛋白酶可在 4℃ 下储存 2 周。
2. 将蛋白重悬于反应缓冲液中（50 mM Tris-HCl，pH 8.5-9.5 或其他含 TRIS，pH 4.0-10.0 的反应缓冲液）；
3. 将弹性蛋白酶添加到蛋白质溶液中，我们建议使用 1:20 至 1:100 的酶与蛋白质溶液比例；
4. 37℃ 孵育 2-18 个小时；
5. 添加 10% 甲酸或TFA至终浓度 0.5% 或 95℃ 加热 10 min 终止反应。
