    Mometasone furoate (Sch32088) is a glucocorticoid receptor agonist with anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic activity. Mometasone furoate acts as a corticosteroid agent and used for topical applications in chronic skin eczema and airway inflammation management of asthma in vivo[1]

    Mometasone furoate (0.1-10 μM；LPS刺激前 2 小时) 以浓度依赖性方式强烈抑制 J774 巨噬细胞中 LPS 刺激的亚硝酸盐生成，Mometasone furoate 在 J774 细胞中的 IC50 值为0.00024 μM[1]。
    Mometasone furoate (0.1-10 μM；LPS 刺激前 2 小时) 比 DEX 更有效，它在 0.01 μM 浓度下显著抑制 iNOS 表达，而 Dex 在 0.1 μM 时变得活跃。此外，Mometasone furoate 在 0.01 μM 时对 cox-2 蛋白表达的抑制为 79%，而 Dex为 39%[1]。

      请依序添加每种溶剂： 10% DMSO    90% (20% SBE-β-CD in Saline)

      Solubility: ≥ 2.5 mg/mL (4.79 mM); 澄清溶液
