Anti-Mouse CD1d Antibody (20H2 (HB323)) is a rat-derived IgG1 κ type antibody inhibitor, targeting to mouse CD1d. Anti-Mouse CD1d Antibody (20H2 (HB323)) can block CD1d and neutralize invariant natural killer T (iNKT) cells. Anti-Mouse CD1d Antibody (20H2 (HB323)) can be used for the researches of cancer, infection, inflammation and immunology, such as melanoma, L. monocytogenes infection and arthritis[1][2][3].

Anti-Mouse CD1d Antibody (20H2 (HB323)) (50 μg，腹腔注射，在肿瘤细胞植入前 7 天开始每周 3 次给药) 可使自然杀伤 T 细胞 (NKT) 失活，并减少 B16LS9 黑色素瘤小鼠的肝转移[1]。
Anti-Mouse CD1d Antibody (20H2 (HB323)) (500 μg，腹腔注射，与感染同时进行) 可改善单核细胞增生李斯特菌感染小鼠的李斯特菌病[2]。
Anti-Mouse CD1d Antibody (20H2 (HB323)) (200 μg，腹腔注射，在第 0、3 和 6 天给药) 可中和恒定自然杀伤 T 细胞 (iNKT)，并抑制胶原诱导性关节炎 (CIA) 小鼠的 CIA 发展[3]。

Dosage: 50 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, 3 times a week from 7 days before tumor cell implantation
Result: Reduced liver Metastases.
Caused significantly higher cytotoxicity of liver NK cells.
Animal Model: Collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) mice models[3]
Dosage: 200 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, at days 0, 3 and 6
Result: Reduced arthritis score and number of affected limbs.
Reduced joint inflammation and destruction.
