Disease-free survival (DFS), refers to the time from randomization to disease recurrence or death due to disease progression. It is also often used as the primary endpoint in phase III clinical trials of antitumor drugs. It is the most commonly used end point for adjuvant chemotherapy after radical surgery.

无病生存 (DFS)，是指从随机化开始至疾病复发或由于疾病进展导致患者死亡的时间。该指标也常作为抗肿瘤药物III期临床试验的主要终点。通常是在根治性手术后作为辅助化疗时最常用的终点指标。
