Pull-down assaysis a biological technique that detects physical interactions between two or more proteins in vitro. Pull-down assaysprovides a decoy protein to specifically identify ligand proteins, so as to enrich, separate and purify certain ligand proteins.

下拉试验是一种体外检测两个或两个以上蛋白质之间的物理相互作用的生物技术。下拉试验通过提供一种诱饵蛋白来特异性识别配体蛋白质，以达到富集、分离、纯化某种配体蛋白质的目的。
