Cephapirin (hemibenzathine) 

Cephapirin hemibenzathine is an intrauterine-administered, long-acting cephalosporin antibiotic suitable for the anaerobic environment of the postpartum uterus. Cephapirin hemibenzathine effectively improves the recovery of postpartum buffaloes with subclinical endometritis (SCE) and enhances their reproductive performance. Cephapirin hemibenzathine can be used for the study of subclinical endometritis in postpartum buffaloes^[1][2].

Cephapirin hemibenzathine (500 mg, 宫内给药, 单次剂量) 在改善患有亚临床子宫内膜炎的产后水牛的恢复和生殖性能方面显示出显著疗效^[1]。
Cephapirin hemibenzathine (500 mg, 以 19.6 g 软膏基质宫内输注给药, 于产后 20-33 天 (DIM)) 显著改善患有亚临床子宫内膜炎的奶牛的生殖性能^[2]。
