EphA2 protein is a receptor tyrosine kinase that participates in bidirectional signaling with various ephrin A ligands, affecting cell migration, adhesion, proliferation and differentiation. It regulates cell adhesion and differentiation by interacting with DSG1 and inhibiting the ERK1/ERK2 signaling pathway. EphA2 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived EphA2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag. The total length of EphA2 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is 511 a.a., with molecular weight of 65-75 kDa.
