Granzyme B/GZMB Protein, Mouse (CHO) plays essential roles in apoptosis and is involved in inducing inflammation by stimulating cytokine release and is also involved in extracellular matrix remodeling.

颗粒酶 B 在哺乳动物细胞凋亡中发挥重要作用^[1]。颗粒酶 B 是一种丝氨酸蛋白酶，最常见于细胞毒性淋巴细胞 (CTL)、自然杀伤细胞 (NK 细胞) 和细胞毒性 T 细胞的颗粒中。它由这些细胞与成孔蛋白穿孔素一起分泌，以介导靶细胞的凋亡。颗粒酶 B 已被证明可通过刺激细胞因子释放来诱发炎症，并且还参与细胞外基质重塑^[2]。

Measured by its ability to cleave a peptide substrate, t-Butyloxycaronyl-Ala-Ala-Asp-ThioBenzyl ester (Boc-AAD-SBzl), in the presence of 5,5’-Dithio-bis (2-nitrobenzoic acid) (DTNB). The specific activity is 3299 pmol/min/µg as measured under the described conditions.

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
