ER-phagy (内质网自噬)

ER-phagy (Reticulophagy) 是内质网部分区域被溶酶体降解的过程,参与调控肿瘤细胞的各个发展阶段,并有助于恢复细胞稳态或促使细胞凋亡。ER-phagy 通过包括未折叠蛋白反应、BCL-2 家族蛋白和 Caspase 通路等多种机制,分别调节肿瘤发生和维持肿瘤细胞稳态。

ER-phagy (Reticulophagy) is the process by which some regions of the endoplasmic reticulum are degraded by lysosomes. It participates in regulating various stages of tumor cell development and helps to restore cell homeostasis or induce cell apoptosis. ER-phagy regulates tumorigenesis and maintains tumor cell homeostasis through multiple mechanisms including the unfolded protein response, BCL-2 family proteins, and the Caspase pathway.
