AMX5160 (36；NIH/3T3-FL-BTK-C481S 异种移植 BALB/c 裸鼠模型；10、25、75 mg/kg；口服；每日两次）能够以剂量依赖性的方式显著抑制肿瘤生长。在10、25和75 mg/kg剂量下，肿瘤生长抑制率 (TGI)）分别为 58%、63% 和 82%。AMX5160 (36) 在小鼠中具有良好的耐受性[1]。
