AN-3485 hydrochloride is a benzoxaborole analogue and an orally active antagonist of the Toll-like pathway. AN-3485 hydrochloride can inhibit TLR-mediated inflammatory cytokine secretion and has significant anti-inflammatory activity. In addition, AN-3485 hydrochloride also has certain anti-tumor activity[1][2].

AN-3485 (0-72 h) hydrochloride 可在 PN1 过表达外泌体处理的 H1975 细胞中，抑制增强的细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭能力，并抑制 NF-κB 信号通路，这表明其能减弱 PN1 对肺癌细胞恶性表型的促进作用[1]。

AN-3485 (35 mg/kg; 口服; 每天两次; 20 天) hydrochloride 在胶原 (HY-NP003) 诱导的小鼠关节炎模型中具有改善作用[2]。

Animal Model: DBA/1J male mice aged 6-7 weeks old treated collagen (HY-NP003)[2]
Dosage: 35 mg/kg
Administration: Oral administration (p.o.); twice daily for 20 days
Result: Inhibited the rate of disease progression, and the cumulative disease score increased less compared with the vehicle-treated group.
Alleviated joint inflammation and damage, including synovial inflammation, pannus formation, cartilage damage, and bone resorption.
