Grepafloxacin 对肺炎链球菌等革兰氏阳性菌具有强效的体外抗菌活性，对革兰氏菌引起的实验性全身感染具有较高的体内疗效-阳性和阴性细菌检测[4]。

Grepafloxacin (25-200 mg/kg；Balb/c 小鼠) 口服每周 5 天，持续 4 周；雌性 C57BL6/J-Lyst bg-J/ 小鼠/米色小鼠) 在鼻内 (IN) 感染和静脉内 (IV) Mycobacterium avium 感染中具有适度活动模型[3]。

Animal Model: Female Balb/c mice (5-6 weeks)[2]
Dosage: 200 mg/kg
Administration: Oral administration; once
Result: Had mild and short-lived erythema and no changed auricular thickness.
Animal Model: Female C57BL6/J-Lyst bg-J/ mice/beige mice with mycobacterium avium infection[3]
Dosage: 25, 50, 100, and 200 mg/kg
Administration: Oral administration; 5 days/week for 4 weeks
Result: Had bactericidal activity and limited the growth of the bacteria.
