MCE Human CD34+ Cells Negative Selection Kit is designed for the isolation of CD34+ cells from human cord blood mononuclear cells (CBMC) or human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC). Its principle hinges on utilizing a biotin-labeled monoclonal antibody to mark non-target cells (non-CD34+ cells), which are subsequently removed using streptavidin-labeled magnetic beads. This process effectively facilitates the sorting of human CD34+ cells.

Efficiency: The enrichment of CD34+ cells completes in just 30 minutes;

Separation Columns-free: Eliminates the need for separation columns by using a magnetic separator for swift cell separation;

High Enrichment Efficiency: The process enables one-step enrichment with up to a 10× concentration, and two-step enrichment offering up to a 30× concentration.

  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

    Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
