Protein Deglycosylation Kit (for N-Linked & Complex O-Linked Glycans)包含去除所有N-连和部分复杂O-连聚糖所需要的酶及试剂。其中的酶试剂是五种糖苷酶的混合物，包括PNGase F、O-Glycosidase、α2-3.6.8.9Neuraminidase 、β1-4 Galactosidase及β-N-Acetylhexosaminisase。本试剂盒中的所有酶都是大肠杆菌BL21中表达并分离纯化的重组酶：PNGase F分子量为36kDa；O-Glycosidase分子量为147kDa；α2-3,6,8,9 Neuraminidase分子量为66KDa；β1-4 Galactosidase分子量为94kDa；β-N-Acetylhexosaminisasef分子量为55kDa。

  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

    Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
