Protein Deglycosylation Kit(for N-Linked & Simple O-Linked Glycans)包含去除所有N-连和相对简单O-连聚糖所需要的酶及试剂。其中的酶试剂是三种糖苷酶的混合物，包括PNGase F、O-Glycosidase、α2-3.6.8.9Neuraminidase。所有酶都是大肠杆菌BL21中表达并分离纯化的重组酶：PNGase F分子量为36kDa，O-Glycosidase分子量为147kDa，α2-3,6,8,9 Neuraminidase分子量为66KDa。

  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

    Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
