Ivabradine-d₆  (Synonyms: 伊伐布雷定-d₆)

Ivabradine-d₆ is the deuterium labeled Ivabradine[1]. Ivabradine is a potent and orally active HCN (hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated) channel blocker that inhibits the cardiac pacemaker current (If). Ivabradine reduces dose-dependently heart rate without modification of blood pressure. Ivabradine shows anticonvulsant, anti-ischaemic and anti-anginal activity[2][3][4][5].

Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs^[1].
