Onvatilimab  (Synonyms: 奥瓦利单抗; JNJ-61610588; CI-8993; VSTB112)

Onvatilimab (JNJ-61610588) is a human IgG1κ anti-VISTA (V-domain Ig Suppressor of T-cell Activation) monoclonal antibody. Onvatilimab can be used in colorectal cancer research^[1][2].

Onvatilimab (10 mg/kg；腹腔注射；每 2 天一次；直至肿瘤终点) 与 STM2457 (HY-134836) 联合使用时，可显著抑制小鼠中 MC38-LV-Apc978∆ 肿瘤的生长，并延长荷瘤小鼠的生存期^[2]。
