The CCDC47 protein is an important component of the multichannel translocon (MPT) complex and cooperates with SEC61 to mediate the insertion of multichannel membrane proteins. As part of the PAT subcomplex within MPT, CCDC47 helps sequester polar regions within the transmembrane domain, ensuring correct membrane protein assembly. CCDC47 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived CCDC47 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag. The total length of CCDC47 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is 135 a.a., with molecular weight of ~20-23 KDa.
