CD163 蛋白, Mouse (HEK293, His)

The CD163 protein is critical in macrophages for clearance and endocytosis of hemoglobin/haptoglobin complexes, protecting tissues from oxidative damage. It promotes iron recycling by promoting complex endocytosis and heme breakdown, while calcium and pH affect hemoglobin binding. CD163 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived CD163 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
