GM-CSF 蛋白, Mouse (His)

GM-CSF Protein is a hematopoietic growth factor and immunomodulator. By binding to specific receptors on the surface of target cells, GM-CSF Protein activates intracellular signaling pathways to regulate cell proliferation, differentiation, maturation, and function. GM-CSF Protein plays an important role in the hematopoietic process and the immune system. GM-CSF Protein, Mouse (His) is a recombinant GM-CSF Protein expressed by E. coli with a N-6*His tag^[1][2][3][4].

GM-CSF 是一种由多种细胞 (如 T 细胞、单核细胞、内皮细胞等) 分泌的细胞因子，在免疫系统和造血过程中发挥重要作用。GM-CSF 能刺激骨髓中粒细胞 (如中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞) 和巨噬细胞的前体细胞增殖与分化，促进成熟血细胞的生成。GM-CSF 还能激活成熟的粒细胞和巨噬细胞，增强其吞噬能力、杀菌活性和抗原呈递功能，参与先天性免疫和适应性免疫反应。此外，GM-CSF 还具有促炎活性^[1][2][3][4]。

GM-CSF 蛋白 (25 ng/mL; 30 min-24 h) 在小鼠骨髓来源的巨噬细胞中增强了糖酵解能力，并上调了葡萄糖转运蛋白 GLUT-1、-3、-4 的表达，以及诱导 c-myc 的转录和蛋白表达^[5]。

GM-CSF 蛋白 (2-4 ng; 气溶胶吸入; 4-5 周) 在 GM-CSF 缺陷型小鼠中改善了肺肺泡蛋白沉积症^[6]。

Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 50 mM Tris-HCL, 300 mM NaCl, 200 mM arginine, pH 8.0 or 50 mM Tris-HCL, 300 mM NaCl, pH 7.4.

<1 EU/μg, determined by LAL method.

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH₂O. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose).

Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
