IL-4 Protein is a pleiotropic cytokine secreted by immune cells such as Th2. IL-4 Protein is involved in various processes, including humoral immunity, Th cell differentiation, allergic reactions, and inflammatory responses. IL-4 Protein plays a key role in immune responses and inflammatory reactions. IL-4 Protein, Mouse is a recombinant IL-4 protein expressed by E. coli without a tag^[1][2][3].

IL-4 是 Th2 型免疫应答的核心细胞因子。IL-4 是由 Th2 细胞、NKT 细胞、肥大细胞等多种细胞分泌的多效性细胞因子。IL-4 通过结合 I 型和 II 型受体激活 JAK-STAT6 等信号通路，在 Th2 细胞分化、B 细胞免疫球蛋白类别转换 (如 IgE 和 IgG1 产生) 及 M2 型巨噬细胞极化中起核心作用。IL-4 异常表达与哮喘、特应性皮炎等过敏性疾病及寄生虫感染免疫应答密切相关^[1][2][3]。

IL-4 蛋白 (Mouse; 0-10 ng/mL; 0-10 天) 可延长鼠腹膜渗出巨噬细胞 (PEM) 在体外的存活时间，与 M-CSF (HY-P7050) 联用，可促进细胞增殖，与 GM-CSF (HY-P7361) 连用，抑制细胞增殖^[4]。
IL-4 蛋白 (Mouse; 0-50 ng/mL; 48-120 h) 可诱导 BALB/c 小鼠淋巴结细胞增殖，并在 BALB/c 小鼠 CD4⁺ T 细胞中诱导 Th2 分化及 IL-4 产生^[5]。

IL-4 蛋白 (Mouse; 0.5-5 μg/kg; 皮下注射; 30 天) 在 K14-VEGF 转基因小鼠中可改善银屑病样表型，减少炎症细胞浸润，降低黏附分子表达，具有改善血管生成和炎症的活性^[6]。
