描述

LDLR Protein binds LDL, transporting cholesterol via endocytosis. Clustering in clathrin-coated pits initiates internalization. Interactions include DAB2 (via PID domain) through the NPXY motif, hindered by tyrosine phosphorylation. LDLR also interacts with LDLRAP1 (via PID domain) through the NPXY motif, ARRB1, SNX17, and the full-length immature PCSK9 through the C-terminus. LDLR Protein, Rabbit (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant Rabbit-derived LDLR protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.
