PD-1 蛋白, Mouse (HEK293, His)

PD-1 Protein is an important immune regulatory molecule expressed on the surface of activated immune cells. By binding to its ligands (PD-L1/PD-L2), the PD-1 Protein exerts immunosuppressive effects. PD-1 Protein can be used in the research of tumors, autoimmune diseases, and other conditions. PD-1 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is a recombinant PD-1 protein expressed by HEK293 cells and carries a C-6*His tag and glycosylation modification^[1][2].

PD-1 又名 CD279，是一种 55 kDa 的跨膜蛋白，含 288 个氨基酸，包含信号肽、胞外结构域、跨膜结构域和胞内结构域。PD-1 是一种免疫检查点分子，主要表达于活化的 T 细胞、B 细胞等免疫细胞表面。值得注意的是，PD-1 在肿瘤特异性 T 细胞上高度表达。PD-1 是适应性和先天免疫反应的抑制剂。正常情况下，PD-1 通过与配体 PD-L1/PD-L2 结合维持免疫耐受以避免自身免疫损伤。然而，当 PD-1 与肿瘤细胞上的 PD-L1/PD-L2 结合会导致 T 细胞功能耗竭、抑制细胞因子分泌、助力肿瘤免疫逃逸。目前 PD-1 作为肿瘤免疫治疗的核心靶点，其抑制剂通过阻断结合可恢复 T 细胞对肿瘤的杀伤能力^[1][2]。

2.Immobilized Recombinant Mouse PD-1 at 1 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind Recombinant Mouse PD-L1. The ED₅₀ for this effect is 0.5223 μg/mL.

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH₂O. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose).

Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
