PD-L1 蛋白, Mouse (HEK293, His)

PD-L1 Protein is an important immunoregulatory molecule and a member of the B7 superfamily. As the primary ligand of PD-1, PD-L1 Protein can bind to PD-1 to inhibit T-cell activation, proliferation, and cytokine secretion, and induce T-cell apoptosis. PD-L1 Protein plays a key role in tumor immune escape and immune homeostasis regulation. PD-L1 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is a recombinant PD-L1 protein expressed by HEK293 cells, with a C-6*His tag and glycosylation modification^[1][2].

PD-L1 是一种 33 kDa 的 Ⅰ 型跨膜糖蛋白，包含 290 个氨基酸，在其胞外区具有 Ig- 和 IgC 结构域。正常情况下，PD-L1 可通过与 T 细胞表面 PD-1 结合抑制过度的免疫反应以维持免疫稳态。在肿瘤中，PD-L1 异常高表达能与 PD-1 结合抑制 T 细胞功能从而帮助肿瘤逃避免疫监视。PD-L1 还可能参与肿瘤血管生成及微环境重塑。目前，PD-L1 作为核心靶点推动了肿瘤免疫检查点抑制剂治疗的发展^[1][2]。

Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
