TYRO3/DTK protein is a receptor tyrosine kinase that transduces signals through ligands such as TULP1 or GAS6 to regulate cell survival, migration and differentiation. Ligand binding induces TYRO3 dimerization and autophosphorylation, creating docking sites for downstream molecules. TYRO3/DTK Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived TYRO3/DTK protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag. The total length of TYRO3/DTK Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is 389 a.a., with molecular weight of 60-75 kDa.
